Additional Information

Bullion Hall is one of Chester-le-Street’s best established community buildings, and has recently been extended and modernised. Today it offers first class office accommodation for charities, meeting facilities for voluntary and community groups and enhanced community facilities for the residents of Chester-le-Street.

Never been to Bullion Hall? Not sure of a warm welcome?   We have a team of volunteers who will meet those new to Bullion Hall, introduce you to the building and the people and make sure that you feel comfortable enough to come back again. Please give us a call.

Fundraising Firewalk

From 6pm Saturday 14th October 2017

Bullion Hall

South Approach, Chester le Street. DH2 2DW

In the safe hands of UK Firewalk we are really excited to be holding this event, and we invite you to join us, have fun, be challenged to overcome your fears, and feel inspired – whilst helping to raise funds for Bullion Community Resource Centre.

Visit the organiser’s website for details of their business and other charities experiences. www.ukfirewalk.com

The whole experience will take around 2 hours. It starts with a seminar, a motivational session to inspire and “fire you up” for the experience. This is delivered by Scott Bell, joint founder of UK Firewalk, and twice Guinness World Record Holder for the greatest distance walked on fire. This usually takes around 1 hour – during which time the fire is set and allowed to “burn down” ready for walking on.

The seminar will be held at Bullion Hall and the Firewalk on the adjoining playing field – just metres away.

Bullion Hall has its own car park and overspill will be arranged for Bullion Lane Primary School.     (See map for directions overleaf).

Refreshments will be available and friends and family are welcome to come along to cheer you on.

There is a £20 registration fee and we ask that you try to raise £100 in sponsorship. Please get in touch if you would like to volunteer as a firewalker to raise money for Bullion Hall and we will forward a full registration pack with sponsorship forms etc.

We hope you will join us and if you have any questions please give us a call.
