Bournmoor / Burnmoor
Bournmoor is home to the St Barnabas Church, which includes a modern Church Hall facility. The church hall is home to a youth group which offers a place for teenagers and young adults to drop into, as well as organising activities for young people to get involved with. For younger residents, the Church Hall also is home to the Souled Out group where kids can come along to play and get involved with different activities.
Alongside the Church hall, Bournmoor also has a communal room on Lambourne Close. This is home to the Bournmoor Conservation group who hold meetings on the last Wednesday of the month at 7pm. New members are always welcome www.spanglefish.com/BCG/.
Bournmoor also has its own Scout group – 1st Burnmoor Scouts – who meet at Robert Forster House in Fence Houses – this also incldes Beavers and Cubs and Explorers.
